Hi!

I'm Elinor and 123 Studio is my boutique fitness studio. I offer personal training sessions in small groups of 1, 2, or 3 people, with flexible hours and attractive pricing. I'm a certified personal and group trainer since 2006, experienced in numerous types of training styles such as aerobics, pilates, TRX, circuit training, etc.

As a professional PT, my passion is to guide people towards a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule, and more importantly, fitness goals. I aim to transform your body and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.

PERSONAL TRAINING

You can choose from a wide array of existing training options. In a 1 on 1 session 100% of my time will be devoted to you. I will correct, adjust, motivate and monitor you closely to make sure you will maximise the benefits of your workout. 

GROUP TRAINING

Instead of having a walk with your friend, why not bring her too for some fun and sweat in a group of two.

 

In a group of 3, you'll get the full class vibe with the most attractive price!
